Most of what we build isn’t glamorous. Verification workflows. Tax filing logic. Coverage databases. Licensing checklists. It’s the kind of work that nobody notices until it’s missing, which is exactly why it’s worth doing well.
If you want to work on things people will actually depend on — and you’d rather understand a regulation properly than move fast past it — we’re probably a fit.
What working here is like
We’re small, so you’ll own real scope early and there’s nowhere to hide. We’re a group, so the problem you solve in one company often turns out to be the problem in another. We’re in Lagos, and most of us are in the office more than we’re not.
We expect people to say when something is wrong, including when we’re the ones who got it wrong.
