Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can, we use it only to answer you, and we tell you exactly what we hold.

1. Who we are
Brainbox Group Limited (RC 7441635), a company registered in Nigeria with offices in Lagos, operates this website and is the data controller for personal data submitted through it. You can reach us at hello@thebrainbox.group.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you type into our contact form: your name, email address, company name, the type of enquiry you select, and your message. Our systems also process the technical request information any web server necessarily receives in order to deliver a page.
We do not ask for financial details, identity documents, or any special category data through this site, and we ask that you do not send them in a message.
3. Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it, including routing it to the operating company best placed to respond. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, we rely on your consent — given when you choose to submit the form — and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the group.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. How it is stored and who sees it
Submissions are stored in the group’s database and forwarded by email to the people who handle enquiries. Access is limited to staff and operating-company colleagues who need it to respond to you, and to the service providers who host our website, database and email on our instructions.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries for 24 months from the date of the last exchange, after which they are deleted. Where an enquiry becomes an ongoing relationship, the associated records are kept for as long as that relationship, and any legal or accounting obligation attached to it, requires.
6. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy; correct anything inaccurate or incomplete; delete your data where we have no continuing reason to keep it; restrict or object to our use of it; and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these, write to hello@thebrainbox.group. We will respond within the timeframe required by the Act. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
7. Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
8. Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and its “last updated” date. Material changes to how we use data already collected will be communicated to the people affected where we can reach them.
