Ayokunle Bankole
Ayokunle’s background is in Nigerian and pan-African regulatory practice — incorporation and corporate filings, investment approvals, securities and sectoral licensing across mining, oil and gas, fintech and telecoms. The work meant answering the same questions repeatedly, by hand, for clients who could not find the answers anywhere else.
Brainbox came out of that repetition. Once a question has been answered enough times to know the answer cold, it stops being advisory work and starts being a product. Each company in the group is one of those questions, built into something that answers itself.
Operating company leadership
Each company has a lead accountable for its own market, product and compliance obligations. Between the founder and those operating leads sits a layer of professional managers — finance, legal, regulatory research and shared services — who translate group direction into company execution and keep the whole portfolio aligned.
